Willie Gross is a native Bay Area bass player and saxophonist.
He recorded two albums with the Tennessee Farm Band and is
best known for his work in San Francisco during the '60's with the Indian Head Band.
During that time he was band mates with Hal Wagonet of
"It's a Beautiful Day", and shared the stage with Janice Joplin, Charlie Musselwhite, Steve Miller, Iron Butterfly, Blue
Cheer, and Steppenwolf.
